The Loss Prevention Group, a DOJ and FBI certified fingerprint service provider, offers mobile live scan and ink fingerprinting for individuals and groups. We serve the following Bay Area Counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo.
Let us come to you! Our mobile service is available 24 hours per day, including nights and weekends. We can work around your schedule. We use the Crossmatch Ultra-Portable Guardian scanner systems, which are top-rated live scan technology with unsurpassed portability ideal for on-site processing. All we need is a power outlet!
Premium Service - We have the ability to provide two live scan devices and two operators for large groups. We also have special services available for the busy executive.
Appointments are recommended, but same day service is also available. Call or Email us for more information.
Mobile/Travel Fee - Starts at $50
Mobile Live Scan Rolling Fee - $25 per live scan (plus any applicable DOJ/FBI background fees) *Discounts may apply for large groups or non-profit organizations.

In office live scan and fingerprinting services are available at our office conveniently located in the downtown business district of Oakland and next to the 19th Street BART Station. Our office location is open Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Saturday by appointment 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The in office rolling fee is $20 per live scan.
